After graduating in Business Studies, and qualifying with the Institute of Marketing, Andrew joined the Argyll Group, which later became Safeway; ultimately Morrison's.

In a 20 year career with Safeway he experienced everything that retailing has to offer; initially running stores before moving on to manage a range of central roles delivering multi million pound efficiency projects.

After 2 years supporting the Morrison's merger programme he relocated to Germany to join NAAFI, a not for profit organisation providing a 'taste of home' to service personnel and their families.

He held a number of leadership roles for NAAFI, with responsibility for a range of functions, before becoming Marketing and Programme Director and was particularly proud to have been invited to visit facilities in Afghanistan in 2009.

In 2010 he co-authored a book to celebrate NAAFI's 90 years of service to the Armed Forces, with proceeds going to Help for Heroes and Combat Stress.

Andrew is now an accredited business advisor with ibd providing practical hands support to SME's.

He is a keen traveller and is an avid supporter of Mind - the mental health charity; he is also rather partial to a G&T!

Andrew is passionate about delivering sustainable business improvement at an affordable cost.
